The Lady Beside The Farmer

 Hello, and thank you for visiting. My name is Sophie, and I created this space to share an insight into my life as a Farmer’s Wife, a Farmer’s Daughter, and a Mother raising the next generation of Farmers.

Here, you’ll find a blend of Traditional Values, Country Living through the Seasons, Homemaking & Cooking, and the everyday Joys and Challenges of Rural Life and running a Family Farm.

 Joe and I are both from Farming Families, and incredibly proud of what we do. We also have two wonderful children and a collection of pets and ponies. Joe is a a keen Beekeeper, and I love any opportunity for Sewing and Dressmaking.
